What is the typical course structure and costs?
All courses are delivered on Wednesday evenings, 7:10-9:50pm ET, over
a 14 week semester with the 15th week for the Final Examination. A mid-term
examination, homework
,and the final examination determine the grade. Costs are dependent upon (1) whether (or not) you are a legal resident of Virginia and (2) where (or not) you live in Virginia. For (1) residents of Virginia $338 per credit hour ( $1014 for 3 credits);for (2) Non-residents $844 per credit hour ( $2532 for 3 credits)for registration in the following Course Registration Numbers (CRN)

For INTERNET STUDENTS living in Virginia, but outside the Hampton Roads area (the above Centers) sign up for
CRN 28812 ( VS5) and the same rates apply depending on whether (or not) you are a legal resident of Virginia.
For all other INTERNET STUDENTS living outside Virginia anywhere in the USA or around the world, sign up for
CRN 28813 (VS7) and your special rate is $354 per credit hour ($1062 for 3 credits).
A General Services Fee of $9 is also accessed all ODU students each semester. The Office of Finance website
